QM&M manufactures and sells industrial fish cleaning stations and related equipment (“Products”). All Product descriptions, specifications, and imagery on the Site are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue Products, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed in writing by a QM&M representative.
Pricing for our Products is provided upon request and may vary based on configuration, quantity, installation requirements, and shipping destination. Prices listed, if any, are subject to change without notice. A binding purchase agreement is not created until QM&M issues a written sales order confirmation.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and installation fees are additional and will be outlined in your order documentation.
Payment terms are established at the time of sale and will be specified in your sales order or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full prior to shipment. QM&M accepts payment by check, bank wire transfer, and other methods as agreed upon between the parties.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for any collection costs incurred due to non-payment.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. QM&M is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, Acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Installation of fish cleaning stations may require site preparation, plumbing, and electrical work that is the sole responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. QM&M may offer installation guidance or referrals to qualified contractors but does not warranty third-party installation work.
QM&M warrants that its Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period specified in the applicable product documentation or sales agreement. This warranty does not cover:
To obtain warranty service, contact QM&M at sales@fishcleaningstation.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Our sole obligation under this warranty is, at our discretion, to repair or replace the defective Product or component.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, QM&M MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Due to the custom and industrial nature of our Products, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the order. Cancellation of a confirmed order may be subject to cancellation fees to cover materials, manufacturing costs, and administrative expenses incurred to that point. Please contact us before placing an order if you have questions about product suitability for your application.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QM&M’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any Product or service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to QM&M for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
IN NO EVENT SHALL QM&M BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and technical specifications — is the property of QM&M or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
“Barracuda” and “QM&M Fish Cleaning Stations” are trademarks of Quality Machine & Manufacturing, LLC. Unauthorized use of our marks is strictly prohibited.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. QM&M does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the installation and use of QM&M Products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations — including environmental discharge regulations, wastewater ordinances, and any permits required by local authorities. QM&M makes no representation that its Products are approved for use in all jurisdictions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QM&M and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Site or Products; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the purchase of Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Faulkner County, Arkansas.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting QM&M in writing and allowing 30 days for a good-faith resolution.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any written sales agreement, purchase order, or quote accepted by QM&M, constitute the entire agreement between you and QM&M with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements.
